AGB`s und Buchungsbedingungen

Die nachfolgenden Bedingungen liegen allen von uns angebotenen Leistungen und
Vereinbarungen zugrunde. Abweichende Forderungen und Wünsche die wir nicht
ausdrücklich anerkennen, sind unverbindlich.

Reservierung

Verbindlich reservierte und damit gebuchte Ferienwohnungen stehen dem Gast am Anreisetag ab
15.00 Uhr und am Abreisetag bis 10.00 Uhr zur Verfügung. Nach vorheriger
Absprache ist eine frühere Anreise und eine spätere Abreise möglich. Sofern
nicht eine spätere Ankunftszeit vereinbart wurde, behalten wir uns das Recht
vor, gebuchte Ferienwohnungen nach 20.00 Uhr anderweitig zu vergeben, ohne dass
der Gast hieraus einen Anspruch ableiten kann.

Der Vertrag

Der Vertrag gilt als abgeschlossen, sobald die Ferienwohnung schriftlich bestellt
und zugesagt oder, falls eine schriftliche Zusage nicht mehr möglich war,
bereitgestellt worden ist.

Der Abschluss des Vertrages verpflichtet beide
Vertragspartner zur Erfüllung.

Besondere Regelungen

In unserer Ferienwohnung ist Rauchen nicht gestattet. Raucher werden gebeten nur außerhalb des Gebäudes zu rauchen.

Das Mitbringen von Haustieren ist nur nach Absprache gestattet.

Stornierung

Nimmt ein Gast die von ihm reservierte Ferienwohnung nicht in Anspruch, so fallen
folgende Storno-Gebühren an:

bis 30 Tage vor Anreise, eine Bearbeitungsgebühr i.H.v. 20,EUR

·bis 5 Tage vor Anreise 50 % des vereinbarten Gesamtpreises.

·danach 80 % des vereinbarten
Gesamtpreises.

·bei Nichtanreise ohne Stornierung
100 % des vereinbarten Gesamtpreises

Zahlungsbedingungen

Die von uns erbrachten Leistungen und der Gesamtpreis für die Ferienwohnungsmiete
sind am Anreisetag in bar, oder im Voraus per Überweisung zu bezahlen. Keine Zahlung mit EC- oder Kreditkarten .

Wir behalten uns vor, eine Anzahlung in Höhe

von 10-30%
des Mietpreises anzufordern, die vorab zu überweisen ist und mit dem
Gesamtpreis verrechnet wird.

Haftung des Mieters

Für schuldhafte Beschädigungen der Mietsache und der Ferienwohnung sowie sämtlicher
zur Wohnung gehörender Anlagen und Einrichtungen ist der Gast verantwortlich,
soweit die Beschädigung von ihm oder seinen Angehörigen und Besuchern
verursacht worden ist.

Rücktritt vom Vertrag

Im Falle höherer Gewalt (Brand, Unwetter usw.) oder sonstiger von uns nicht zu
vertretender Hinderungsgründe behalten wir uns das Recht vor, vom Vertrag
zurückzutreten, ohne dass dem Gast ein Anspruch z. B. auf Schadenersatz zusteht.

Schlussbestimmungen

Für unsere Geschäftsbedingungen und für die gesamten Rechtsbeziehungen zwischen uns
und unseren Gästen gilt das Recht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland. Soweit
gesetzlich zulässig, ist der Beherbergungsstandort ausschließlich Gerichtsstand
für alle sich aus den Vertragsverhältnissen unmittelbar oder mittelbar
ergebenden Streitigkeiten. Sollten eine oder mehrere vertragliche Bestimmungen
ganz oder teilweise unwirksam sein, so wird die Gültigkeit des Vertrages davon
im übrigen nicht berührt.

General terms and conditions and booking terms

All our offers and agreements are based on the following general terms and conditions.
Alternative demands and wishes that we do not explicitly recognize in writing are not binding for us.

Reservation

The reserved and  booked apartment is available for the guests starting at 3pm on the agreed day of arrival and until 11am on the day of departure. An earlier arrival and/or later departure is possible and can be arranged with prior agreement.

If no later arrival time was explicitly agreed upon, we reserve the right to give away the booked apartment to other parties after 8pm without the contract partner being able to derive any rights or claims thereby.

he contract

The contract is concluded as soon as the holiday apartment is booked and agreed on in writing, or, if an acceptance was not possible due to the lack of time, as soon as the apartment has been provided. The contract formation binds both parties to fulfill their parts of the contract.

Special Rules

We do not allow smoking in the apartment. Smokers are requested to only smoke outside of the building.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation

If the reservation is not fulfilled by the guest, the guest is obligated to pay the following cancellation fees:

In case of cancellation up to 30 days before the booked arrival date, a handling fee of € 20  is charged.

- up to 5 days before the arrival: 50% of the total cost

- less than 5 days before the arrival: 80% of the total cost

In case of not arriving without canceling: 100% of the total cost

Terms of payments

The services we provide and the total price of the apartment´s rent has to be paid in cash on the day of arrival or in advance. No payments with EC/Maestro debit or credit cards possible.

We reserve the right to specify an advance payment of 10 - 30% of the total price that has to be paid in advance. The advance payment counts towards the total price.

Liability of the renter

The renter is responsible for any damage that they, their family or their visitors do to any parts of the rental property.

Rescission of the contract

In the even that a natural phenomenon such as bad weather, nature caused fire etc., we reserve the right to cancel the contract without owing the renter any additional compensation other than the return of any previous payment they have made towards the rent of the property.

Final clauses

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply for these Terms and Conditions and all legal relationships between us and the guests. To the extent permitted by law, place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising directly or indirectly from the contractual relationship shall be the place of accommodation. Should individual or several provisions of these conditions be or become invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions and of the contract shall not be affected.
